I'm an AI expert and educator who helps founders and entrepreneurs turn technology into tangible business growth. I bring over 25 years of experience, primarily in management consulting, with deep work across marketing, sales, and systems implementation, where I've led process improvements and scaled operations for companies across tech and energy.

After seeing the massive potential of AI to help businesses grow, I pivoted to focus exclusively on building and implementing AI-powered automation workflows for companies. As demand grew, I shifted from one-to-one consulting to online education so I could help more people, faster. Today, as the founder of Lawton Learns, I provide step-by-step training that helps founders and entrepreneurs use AI to grow revenue, save time, and scale their businesses.

I'm a marketing strategist turned AI educator who helps entrepreneurs use AI to grow faster, work smarter, and glow up their businesses and their lives. After getting my MBA, I spent a decade in marketing for B2B brands. At the same time AI was coming onto the scene, I launched my own consultancy and scaled it using the exact AI tools I now teach.

Today, I create courses, prompts, and practical training that help people integrate AI into their business and daily routines.
