- Brian’s Top 10 Gemini VEO 3 tips for killer videos (also works for VEO 2 if you don't need sound)

AI Videos: Scary or Delightful?
Video generation not your thing? Try it once. It's super fun (trust me).
Start simple with image-to-video generation. Add a photo of yourself then prompt: "get's attacked by a pigeon" or "is being chased by clowns."
Add a photo of your partner and prompt: "Walking the streets of Paris." Get fancy by including some of the lighting and background details.
Want to get your kids interested in AI? Let them run wild making videos with photos of you ...give them a prize for the craziest result.
Uncertain about the right tool to use (Midjourney, VEO 2, KlingAI, etc)?
I made you a YouTube that compares the top image-to-video generators:

Top 10 Tips for Killer VEO 3 Videos
Here are Brian’s top tips for generating killer videos with Gemini VEO 3 (psst
- you only get three generations per day with a Pro subscription so don’t waste them.)
1. Start with a vlog vibe: use “self camera angle shot from an extended arm” and describe your character and dialogue.
2. Try man-on-the-street interviews: lead with “man on the street interview,” name your reporter and interviewee, and give them exact lines.
3. Add ambient sounds: ask for waves, wind rustling, or city traffic to make your scene come alive.
4. Set the mood with music: request “relaxed piano,” “suspenseful thrilling music,” or “guitar playing.”
5. Upscale to 1080p: grab the upscaled option in the download menu to bump 720p to crisp 1080p.
6. Vary animation styles: lead with “Pixar style,” “2D anime,” or other style keywords—place them early in the prompt for a stronger effect.
7. Produce vertical videos: rotate a vertical reference image 90°, upload it in “Frames to video,” then rotate the output back to vertical.
8. Craft text-only consistent characters: build a super-detailed character description and reuse it with fresh scene prompts.
9. Combine shots, angles, and moves: layer close-ups, pull-backs, and crane or drone motions for epic reveals.
10. First-person POV films: use “first-person POV shot” for immersive sequences like charging through a medieval battlefield.
